I can narrow it down to two collections. The first is the Girly Bits Cosmetics Misheard Lyrics collection from August 2019. Those mattes were so so easy to work with and just glowed, plus the names and inspiration were really funny. The second is Emily de Molly's October 2020 release which was 100% jellies and crellies with matte white glitters. The finish is so pretty and the formulas were consistently excellent. Both collections were also filled with my favorite polish colours; blue, purple and teal.

What is your favorite brand to work with and why?

I think I have to go with Girly Bits Cosmetics. Pam invites bloggers to participate behind the scenes - giving input on which variants of prototypes to release, suggesting polish names, etc. I feel like I get to be a little part of the creative process. Pam also loves punny polish names as much as I do, and I love coming up with them.

If you could only wear one polish finish what would it be?

Cremes. It sounds like a boring answer at first, but cremes never go out of style and you can do so much nail art with them.

Given all the swatching, how often do you get to actually wear polish for yourself?

I wear polishes that aren't for new release reviews about half of the time. Over that past couple years I've been doing 'Brand Challenge' posts on the blog where I shop my collection for polishes I haven't tried or haven't worn in a long time. It has really helped balance shiny new things with rediscovering old favorites.
