Monarch Lacquer | Cool Original

Cool Original is based on classic vending machine snack, Cool Ranch Doritos.  I took inspiration from the blue bag, but made it sparkly.  Cool Original is a classic bold blue packed with blue and silver holo glitter flake (the silver is blue due to the pigmented base coat, but the different colored glitters give it a multidimensional look). Does it get any better than sparkly and holographic!?   Two easy coats to blingy blue nails - top coat suggested.
