Once your hands are exfoliated, it is time to moisturize! This month we have a lot of lotions, creams, and body butters that will soften and hydrate even the most stubborn dry skin and cuticle. After your massage, it is time to lay down your base. I like to swipe my nail with some acetone first, but everyone is different. A good base can make all the difference.
