Shipping FAQ: Upgrades, Changes, and More

Starting October 2, 2020 there will be fresh new options for your PPU order.

Options are detailed below:

  • $3 flat rate orders will ship protected in a purple bubble mailer via UPS Innovations. (Larger orders not fitting in a bubble mailer will still be shipped in a box)
  •  $6 flat rate orders will ship box protected via UPS Innovations.
  • UPS ground will ship either bubble mailer or box based on the size of your order
  • Fed Ex 2-Day will ship box protected
These new shipping options will replace our upgrade program. We will stock samples for a small fee periodically should we have them on hand.

FAQ:

►Does the FedEx pricing depend on weight? Yes. Transport via Ground will be more economical, but it will take a little longer.

►Will these be options at checkout? Yes. They will be available at launch.

►Is UPS Innovations where they do a switch over mid-way to USPS? My UPS and USPS mailing addresses are different. USPS will take over once it reaches your local PO. We recommend you use your USPS address.

►Will combined shipping still work for those choosing FedEx? Automatic combined shipping will only be available for flat rate options.

►Is UPS Innovations where they do a switch over mid-way to USPS? Yes. USPS takes over once it reaches your local post office.

►What if I goof and make two orders with different shipping options? If you place multiple orders and one is other than the $3, we’ll default to that option.

►How will we know if samples are available as an option? as of now, we are discontinuing samples. It may be something we revisit in the future.

►Will DHL be an option for international orders? Currently we are not working with DHL as a shipping provider
