Inspired by my favorite vacation destination as a child - the Camargue in Southern France. We stayed there every year in a village called Salin de Giraud, and on the way to the sea, we drove along beautiful salt lakes, they call them 'Marais Salants' which means 'salt gardens'.
For me, it was the most magical time of the year, and this polish is intended to reflect the enchanting atmosphere there. It is a thermal and a solar in one. Cold, no UV (smokey medium blue) to warm, no UV (bright green). And when it is in the sun it turns to purple (cold) and magenta (warm). You may be able to see a teal/mint transition color when the polish shifts between warm and cold (no UV).
Please make sure to use a top coat that doesn't contain the following ingredients: Benzophenone, Etocrylene, Octocrylene - these are UV inhibitors and can weaken the transition in natural sunlight.
Additional information concerning solar polishes: they react best in direct sunlight at midday. The effect may be less strong in the evening/morning, under a dusky/hazy sky, etc. In general, the stronger the sunlight (UV rays), the stronger the transition will be.
