This is Clionadh's first-ever solar polish! Inspired by the inner transformation we feel when dreary days that have dragged on finally switch to one filled with bright sun and optimistic feelings. This polish serves as a reminder that even in times of sadness, there is a road to light and happiness.

Change of Heart has a moody baby blue base with soft blue shimmer and pearly metallic flakes that brightens up to a berry base when exposed to UV.

Please note, certain topcoats contain UV blockers which will inhibit the solar effect.
