What IS Polish Pickup?
The Pickup offers a fun, interactive experience that allows you to submit theme ideas, vote for your favorite theme, and selectively purchase your favorite products every month. It first started as a nail polish only shop, then expanded to include more handmade indie products. We have combined both concepts into one site to make shopping easier for you! The shop is only open for 4 days per month; the first Friday-Monday.

Who do I contact about my order?

Who do I contact about the quality of a product I ordered?
Contact the brand. Polish Pickup is not responsible for polish/product quality issues. We do our best to vet reputable indie companies, however it is each company’s responsibility to work with the customer in the event of a quality issue outside of our control. If you do not get a satisfactory resolution with the brand directly, please reach out to Polish Pickup at firstname.lastname@example.org. Ultimately we will do what we can to make it right.
My order arrived damaged/incorrect, who do I contact?
In the event of a damaged/incorrect product or bottle break/leak upon receiving nail polish, please email email@example.com and attach a photo of the damage.
When is the shop open?
The first Friday-Monday of every month.
What time does the shop open and close?
Opens at 11AM Eastern on Friday, closes at 11:59PM Eastern on Monday.

How much is shipping?
US Shipping is $3, Canada is $5. We do ship international and those prices vary.
Do you combine orders?
YES, in the US & Canada! If you make more than one order, we will combine them and refund the excess shipping charges.
I'm international, why can't I place an order?
These countries can order from the UK site only, unless you have a mule or US address: UK, Sweden, Germany, Luxemburg, Ireland, France, Denmark, Hungary, Finland, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, & Belgium. The link is polishpickup.co.uk
When does the shop open for wishlisting?
The Sunday or Monday of sale week.
When do we submit theme suggestions?
Monday - Thursday leading up to the shop opening.
When do we vote for themes?
When the shop is open; first Friday - Monday of each month.
What is the TAT (turn around time)?
Approximately 3 weeks from close of shop for domestic orders.
What does pre order mean?
Pre order means after you make a purchase, there will be a wait time until you receive them. It typically takes 3 weeks from the date the shop closes until you will receive your order. Shipping delays can occur due to supply issues, weather, and holidays. If this happens, there will be an announcement of some sort in the fan group.
Can I get a refund after I order?
Because of the nature of the pre-order, all sales are final. Refunds may be issued ONLY during the 4 day sale period, and not after. This does not include damaged products you receive or missing orders, refunds and product replacement will be issued if needed.
What does cap mean?
When items have a "cap" that means how many will be available for purchase. For example if something says "My polish will be capped at 50" that means once those 50 are sold, there will no longer be anymore available.
Why isn't my wishlist working?
We recommend that you have an alternative method of saving the products you'd like to purchase. The wishlist has a mind of its own; it works for some but not for others.
Who gets a free charm?
The first 100 orders get the free charm every month.
I'm a maker, how do I participate?
All makers must currently run and maintain a reputable online indie shop and have done so for a minimum of 12 months. Newer shops may be asked to provide proof. We also ask for a link to a recent review done on your polish or product. For more information on becoming a maker use the "Contact" form or email firstname.lastname@example.org
