Birds have an awesome thing called interference which is why there's a green/blue shimmer to some black chickens. We're using our one of favorite chickens for our inspiration, Dorothy. Dorothy is a blue to purple multichrome base loaded with silver reflective glitter and varying shades of blue and green iridescent flakes.
